Dolly is an elderly lady who needs some help with her cellphone so she can contact family. A woman steps in to help. Delightful! Lots of topics to discuss about the elderly and using technology. Also maybe show this hilarious video on the same topic. After watching, in pairs students roleplay explaining to each other how to X (restart, take a photo, delete an app etc …) on their mobile phone.
