Cengage, McGraw-Hill Merge

Cengage and McGraw-Hill Education are joining forces in an all-stock merger.  They will now be the 2nd largest U.S. publisher. With lower sales of traditional coursebooks, the merger is meant to help the companies go digital. Will it work?
